We also travel longer distance to sites in VT, MA, CT, NJ, DE, MD, PA and OH when the job is large enough.
Our grinder is a 1000HP CAT Powered Hay-buster capable of grinding hay at a rate of 35 tons per hour and high moisture corn at a rate of 150 tons per hour. We have multiple screen sizes available to adjust the machine and grind exactly the consistency you want. The stacking belt easily piles hay, straw or grain in a commodity shed or outside pile neatly. The picker claw feeds hay in to the tub without needing help from the customer as long as the bales are within reach.
We generally schedule 10 days to 2 weeks in advance and plan our route to grind for several customers in the same area. We also sell straw, hay and bedding material with onsite grinding included in the price, so both the semi and the grinder show up together and grind directly in to your bunk or shed.
