This month’s employee spotlight is on Cody Lopeman!
Can you tell us about your role at the company and what you enjoy most about it?
Here at Aden Brook, I get the opportunity to travel the PNW to build relationships with both vendors and farmers. The interactions I have allow me to purchase hay and straw products, and provide them to clients. Building and maintaining these relationships is my favorite part of the job. I’m always eager to meet new farmers and make new connections.
Can you share a recent accomplishment or project you’re particularly proud of?
I take pride in the part I play in supplying top-quality forage to the cattle and horse industries. It’s important to be vigilant with what you’re feeding, and being able to help with that is rewarding.
What motivates or inspires you?
My family is my motivation. Being able to provide for them makes the long work days worth it.
What advice would you give to someone new to the job?
I would tell a new hire, welcome to the team! Working here really is like being on one, and everyone is eager to help each other. Communication is a huge part in what makes things run smoothly, so don’t be afraid to reach out if you ever have any questions!
