This month’s employee spotlight is on Daniela Kopolovich!
Can you tell us about your role at the company and what you enjoy most about it?
As the accounts receivable billing clerk, I work directly with our sales brokers and customers to bill and receive payments. The most enjoyable part for me is the people I work with and interactions I have with my team on a daily basis. I also enjoy the fact that I come into work and know I’m going to be learning something new almost everyday.
Can you share a recent accomplishment or project you’re particularly proud of?
In the last year, we’ve grown tremendously as a company, with that we had to find different ways to keep up with the incoming work. I’m proud of the work I’ve done on myself to show up the best that I can everyday, do my job more efficiently, & stay on top of my major tasks. I wouldn’t have been able to accomplish this without the great people I work with in the billing team and the hard work they’ve put in to help me reach my goals.
What motivates or inspires you?
I’m inspired by the people around me who have worked hard to achieve their goals. This motivates me to work harder and learn more so that I can be the best version of myself possible.
What advice would you give to someone new to the job?
Always take things one step at a time and if you make a mistake, take it as an opportunity to learn and improve.
