Can you tell us about your role at the company and what you enjoy most about it?
My role here in Aden Brook is to be a sales broker and an asset to the team that creates a good work environment that allows us to collaborate & achieve more. I enjoy the challenges and successes every day brings, it allows me to grow and make changes to my professional and personal life.
Can you share a recent accomplishment or project you’re particularly proud of?
A recent accomplishment I’m proud of is Flying out to Texas, shaking hands with customers and then Travel to New Mexico to Visit farms and make a 10,000 ton deal with the Navajo tribe.
What motivates or inspires you?
My Motivation comes from wanting to become more and be part of something bigger than myself. Another reason would be to see my family live a better life than I had in the earlier parts of my life.
What advice would you give to someone new to the job?
My advice to someone just starting would be ask a million and one questions, follow the processes, and to be confident with sales, it’s slow to start but your name brand will build up.
