Can you tell us about your role at the company and what you enjoy most about it?
I am a Project Associate and what I enjoy most about being in this company is working with an excellent team, with people who motivate you and make you better, I love the freedom of creation that I have and the way in which my ideas are always listened to.
Can you share a recent accomplishment or project you’re particularly proud of?
The last big project I developed was the cost of capital, which is a financial project that will have a very positive long-term impact for the company.
What motivates or inspires you?
What motivates me most every day are my dreams and goals, my desire to be better every day and my desire to always want to achieve new things.
What advice would you give to someone new to the job?
The most important advice I once received that changed my professional life was to always be willing to learn from those around us. When we are humble and able to recognize that we are not the best and that there is always room to improve and learn, that is when our professional life really makes sense and we can extract our full potential.
